Welcome to Vikkla. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Please read them before signing up.
1. The service
Vikkla is a digital tool for organising your job search: save job postings, track applications, generate CVs and cover letters with AI, and report activities to the Swedish Public Employment Service (optional feature for Swedish users). The service is provided by Prouder AB, a company registered in Sweden.
2. Account and responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and for the security of your login method (magic link to your email).
- An account may not be shared between multiple people.
- You are responsible for all content you upload or enter into the service.
3. Pricing and payment
- The subscription costs 59 SEK per month including Swedish VAT (where applicable).
- New users receive a 14-day free trial with no card required.
- Payment is handled by Stripe and charged automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the app under Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until it expires.
- We reserve the right to change the price. Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance by email. Existing subscribers retain their price until the next renewal period after notification.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling regulations (distansavtalslagen 2005:59). Our 14-day free trial covers the entire withdrawal period — you can use the service in full without payment and cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. No payment is charged until the trial period ends. There is no lock-in after the trial — you can cancel your subscription at any time.
5. AI-generated content
CVs, cover letters and other AI-generated documents are drafts that require your review. Vikkla:
- Does not accept responsibility for factual errors, phrasing or consequences of using generated content without verifying it.
- Does not guarantee that AI-generated documents will lead to interviews or employment.
- Stores generated documents linked to your account. They are deleted when you close your account.
AI processing is handled by Anthropic (Claude). Your documents are not used to train AI models.
6. AF reporting feature (Swedish users)
- The AF reporting feature is an aid for compiling information before reporting to the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen).
- Vikkladoes not send data directly to Arbetsförmedlingen. You are responsible for reviewing, completing and submitting the information yourself.
- Vikkla is not responsible for inaccuracies in your AF report.
7. Your content
- You own all content you create and upload.
- You grant Vikkla a limited licence to store, process and display your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service — nothing else.
- On account closure, all your content is permanently deleted (CASCADE DELETE).
8. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service.
- Use the service for illegal purposes or to produce misleading, offensive or discriminatory material.
- Resell or repackage the service without written consent.
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) against the service.
Repeated or serious violations may result in immediate account termination.
9. Availability and disruptions
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic).
10. Limitation of liability
- Vikkla's liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding three (3) months.
- We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, missed business opportunities or data loss beyond what is required by mandatory law.
- This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.
11. Intellectual property
- Vikkla, including its brand, logo, design, code and documentation, belongs to Prouder AB.
- You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription period.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they come into force.
13. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are primarily resolved by Swedish general courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. Consumers always have the right to refer complaints to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
