About Vikkla

Vikkla is a Swedish SaaS tool for job search organization, founded in April 2026 by Johan Andersson through Prouder AB. The name derives from the Swedish verb utvecklameaning "to develop" — reflecting the product's purpose: helping job seekers develop their process from chaos to structure.

What Vikkla does

Vikklais an organization tool for job seekers — not a job board. We don't list openings. Instead, we help you manage the job search afteryou've found interesting listings on LinkedIn, company career pages, Platsbanken, or other sources.

Concretely, that means:

• Save job listings from any website with our Chrome extension or by pasting the URL
• Organize applications in a kanban board with clear stages: Saved → To apply → Applied → Interview → Offer
• Log which CV version you sent to which company and when
• Generate tailored CVs and cover letters with AI, optimized for ATS
• Get reminders to follow up on applications

Who it's for

Vikkla is built for Swedish professionals — marketers, communications staff, project managers, finance, HR, engineers and similar roles — who are actively job searching and want structure in the process. The tool works equally well for a first job search or a career change after 20 years.

Who's behind it

Vikkla is built by Prouder AB, a Swedish company founded by Johan Andersson. Prouder is home to several products and now Vikkla. We're a small team based in Sweden focused on building tools that solve real problems rather than chasing trends.

The name Vikkla

The name comes from the Swedish verb utveckla("to develop"). We chose it for three reasons: it's a new word (no collisions or domain issues), it reflects the product's purpose (develop your job search process), and it's distinctly Swedish — a signal about which market we're building for first. Pronounced vee-kla.
